Refund Policy

Upon making a payment to Pockettax , fees paid in advance are held in a designated client account. As we progress with your task, we earn our fees at different stages and times based on the attainment of various milestones. Since our resources and man-hours invested in providing the service are irrevocable, earned fees are non-refundable. We also cannot refund or credit amounts paid to governmental bodies, such as taxes or filing fees, or to any third parties involved in executing your order. At most, Pockettax can refund an amount up to what the client has paid.

Procedure for Refund

To initiate a refund, sign in to the Pockettax Client Platform. Please request the refund in the specific chat room to the concerned engagement manager. All refund requests should be made within 60 days of the purchase. Any request post 60 days will be declined, and only service credits will be provided. We aim to process your refund within 4-5 weeks, provided we have all necessary details like the reason for the refund, bank details, etc.

Change of Service

If you wish to opt for a different service than what you purchased, you must make this service change request within 60 days of the initial purchase. The original service's purchase price, minus any earned fees and payments made to government bodies or third parties involved, will be credited to your Pockettax account, which can be utilized for any of our services.

Standard Pricing

Pockettax abides by a standard pricing policy, ensuring that no extra service fee is sought under regular conditions. However, this policy won't apply if the total fee increases due to a rise in governmental charges or if the client incurs charges for legal documentation or for re-filing forms due to rejection or resubmission. We are not accountable for any other expenses incurred by the client in relation to the service completion.

Factors Beyond Our Control

The outcomes or results of specific processes, such as government rejections of trademark applications for reasons outside Pockettax 's control, cannot be guaranteed. Governmental delays or technical issues with governmental platforms may cause significant delays in your process's completion. Similarly, Pockettax doesn't guarantee outcomes of services provided by associates outside our direct employment. Issues like these, outside our control, aren't covered by this guarantee or eligible for refunds.

Force Majeure

Any unforeseen events like natural disasters, epidemics, wars, terrorist attacks, labor strikes, legal changes, or other events beyond our control ("Force Majeure Events") shall not be seen as a breach of our Satisfaction Guarantee policy. Pockettax is not liable for any interruption in service caused by such events.

Cancellation Fee

We invest in resources, time, manpower, and technology to cater to your needs. Our guarantee primarily covers dissatisfaction issues arising from Pockettax 's actions, not external factors or personal decisions. If you wish to pause a service, the fee will remain in your account until you're ready to resume. However, before any refund processing, we have the right to give our best shot at completing the service. If unsatisfied, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fees paid to the government will apply. This cancellation fee is waived for service changes.
